LEARN FIRST AID

The aim of First Aid is to prevent the condition worsening, protect from further harm, aid recovery and preserve life.

The knowledge of First Aid, when properly applied, can mean the difference between temporary or permanent injury, rapid recovery or long term disability, and the difference between life and death.

First aid doesn’t take long to learn but can help to save lives. This site has information about how to react to common injuries and emergencies. With just a little basic First Aid knowledge, you could help save someone's life  in an emergency situation.
